Human Resources Office Announcement
Inform the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration, Executive Yuan that to enhance the cybersecurity resilience of personnel data, an information system has been developed. Starting from December 8, 115, "Multi-Factor Authentication Mechanism" will be fully implemented for users who log in through the "eCPA Personnel Service Network" via single sign-on.

| 1. | In accordance with the letter from the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration (DGPA), Executive Yuan, No. 1155000151, dated June 30, 115, and enclosed herewith is a copy of the original letter. |
| 2. | To comply with the "Classification of Information Security Responsibility Levels" amended and promulgated on January 7, 115, the DGPA has developed and, through eCPA login, implemented a multi-factor authentication mechanism for all information systems categorized as A to D. These systems include WebHR, MyData, Pension Calculation System for Civil Servants and Teachers, Personnel Cost Management Information System for Government Agencies and Schools, Lifelong Learning Portal, etc. (excluding the National Tourism Card Verification System). Effective from the aforementioned date, users logging into DGPA systems via eCPA will be required to complete the login process using certificates with identity verification functions, such as Natural Person Certificate, Mobile Natural Person Certificate, or Health Insurance Card, to ensure the accuracy of account identities and the security of data access. |
| 3. | Please have your respective agencies inventory the certificate possession and usage status of their personnel and assist in publicizing to colleagues the need to prepare relevant certificates and equipment in advance to facilitate smooth login operations subsequently. |
