| I. | This is handled in accordance with the "Taoyuan City Government Integrity Model Selection and Commendation Implementation Guidelines" (hereinafter referred to as "these Guidelines") and the City Government's letter No. 1150186570 dated July 8, 115. |
| II. | To boost employee morale and promote clean governance, the City Government selects Integrity Models every two years, targeting employees of the City Government and its affiliated agencies and schools. For the qualification criteria, please refer to the circumstances listed in Article 3 of these Guidelines, and ensure that the circumstances listed in Article 4 of these Guidelines, which disqualify nominations, are not present: |
| (I) | Refusal of Gifts and Favors: Refuses bribes, gifts, or improper benefits in matters under their supervision or oversight, serving as a model of integrity and honesty. |
| (II) | Contributions to Anti-Corruption Efforts: Proactively reports or provides information that leads to the discovery of corruption or illegal cases, or promotes administrative anti-corruption efforts, making significant contributions to enhancing the image of the agency and protecting the rights and interests of the public. |
| (III) | Preventing Corruption and Saving Public Funds: Proposes concrete measures to prevent corruption in business operations that are adopted by the agency, or effectively prevents corruption and fraud or saves substantial public funds through the execution and supervision of procurement and construction projects, demonstrating significant achievements. |
| (IV) | Promoting Clean Governance Work: Assists in planning, promoting, and executing clean governance initiatives with significant innovative ideas that have been approved by higher authorities. |
| (V) | Other Integrity Deeds: Other integrity-related deeds that uphold the clean governance of the City Government and serve as exemplary models for transforming the political atmosphere. |
| III. | Please have all affiliated schools actively recommend individuals with integrity deeds between June 113 and June 115, and complete the "115 Taoyuan City Government Integrity Model Recommendation Form" (as attached) along with relevant supporting documents. Please email the completed form and documents to the designated recipient at the Bureau's Office of Government Ethics at 10045855@ms.tyc.edu.tw by Monday, August 3, 115 (failure to reply will be considered as not recommending). This will allow the Bureau to compile the information and forward it to the City Government's Department of Government Ethics. |
