Regarding the "2026 Financial Insurance Knowledge Roadshow Train" event

| I. | This is handled in accordance with the letter dated July 22, 115 of the Republic of China calendar, Ref. No. BZ-1150600553, from the Insurance Institute of Taiwan (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute") submitted by the Finance Bureau of this Government. |
| II. | In order to enable the general public of this city to establish correct concepts of financial rights and insurance planning, and to cultivate the habit of lifelong learning of financial knowledge, this Government and the Institute are jointly organizing the aforementioned event. The event is scheduled to be held on August 11, 115 of the Republic of China calendar (Tuesday) from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM (registration starts at 1:30 PM) at the Public Service Human Resources Training Center of this Government (Address: 13th Floor, No. 1, County Hall Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City). This event is a free public welfare activity, and the content includes "Insurance and Life," "Financial Planning and Financial Happiness," and "Financial Policy, ESG Sustainable Finance, and Gender Equality Promotion" (with lucky draws). One copy of the event plan and poster are attached herewith. |

| (I) | Target Audience: |
| 1. | Government employees and school faculty and staff of this city. |
| 2. | Employees of grassroots financial institutions. |
| 3. | University and college students in this city. |
| 4. | General public in this city. |
| (II) | Registration for this event will open at 12:00 PM on July 30, 115 of the Republic of China calendar (Thursday). Please visit the event webpage (https://reurl.cc/DY9KWN) and select the event session you wish to attend (Taoyuan City) to register. The venue has a seating capacity of 130 people. Please register early to avoid disappointment. Those who register in advance and attend on time will receive a NT$100 convenience store gift certificate. |
| (III) | For civil servants and school faculty and staff who attend the entire event, it can be counted towards their lifelong learning hours for civil servants. The certification hours will be logged by the Institute. |
| (IV) | In order to comply with the environmental policy of reducing paper cup usage promoted by the Environmental Protection Administration, Executive Yuan, please bring your own reusable cups for use during the event. |
| (V) | Food and drinks are prohibited in the Public Service Human Resources Training Center on the 13th floor of this Government. Please refrain from bringing beverages and food into the venue. In addition, in order to comply with the environmental policy of reducing paper cup usage promoted by the Ministry of Environment, please bring your own reusable cups for use during the event. |
