To inform the Ministry of Justice about the "Third Review Conference of the Republic of China's United Nations Convention Against Corruption National Report"

| I. | In accordance with the letter from our Administration dated July 20, 115, Ref. No. 1150199575, forwarding the letter from the Ministry of Justice dated July 15, 115, Ref. No. 11504015450. |
| II. | The third country report on the United Nations Convention Against Corruption (UNCAC) was published on the website of the Ministry of Justice's Agency Against Corruption on April 16, 115, for public viewing and download. To align with international standards and review Taiwan's anti-corruption efforts from an international perspective, the Ministry has invited five international anti-corruption experts, who have long been dedicated to and influential in the field of anti-corruption, to conduct an on-site review. The conference is scheduled to be held on August 25-26 at the Foresight Hall, Howard Civil Service Training Center, Executive Yuan's Civil Service Development Institute. A press conference for the concluding remarks will be held on August 28 in the Ministry's 5th-floor Auditorium. |
| III. | To enhance public attention to Taiwan's anti-corruption efforts, promote participation and cooperation, and achieve diverse publicity effects, the Ministry has produced a promotional poster and a preview video (50 seconds) for the aforementioned event. We kindly request your assistance in disseminating information about the review conference through your agency's various channels or by broadcasting the related messages, in order to increase the visibility and publicity of the event. |
| IV. | Attached is one copy of the promotional poster for the conference. The conference agenda and the preview video are available for download on the dedicated conference website (https://3rduncac.tw). The preview video can also be viewed in the "Video Zone" on the homepage of the Agency Against Corruption website. |
