| I. | To enhance the care for retired civil servants of this Administration, a health lecture series is planned for 115 (2026) to improve retirees' awareness of self-health management and deepen the exchange and friendship between this Administration and its retirees. The lecture details are as follows: |

| 1. | September 17, 115 (Thursday), Auditorium on the 3rd floor of Dayuan District Office, Taoyuan City. |
| 2. | September 23, 115 (Wednesday), Auditorium on the 3rd floor of Pingzhen District Office, Taoyuan City. |
| 3. | October 2, 115 (Friday), Auditorium on the 4th floor of Taoyuan District Office, Taoyuan City. |
| 4. | October 6, 115 (Tuesday), Auditorium 1201 on the 2nd floor of Daxi District Office, Taoyuan City. |
| (II) | Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. |
| (III) | Target Audience and Capacity: |
| 1. | Priority will be given to retirees aged 70 and above from this Administration and its affiliated agencies (schools), followed by other retirees. |
| 2. | The maximum number of participants per session is 50. |
| (IV) | Lecture Topics: Healthy Eating, Health Movement, and Fraud Prevention Awareness. |
| (V) | Registration Method: Please have each agency (school) assist in inquiring about the willingness of its retirees. Then, compile and fill out the lecture registration form, along with the stamped survey form and EXCEL electronic file, and upload it to the Taoyuan City Personnel Service Portal (https://hr.tycg.gov.tw/) survey system by September 2, 115 (Wednesday). |
