Inform all employees (including retirees) and their friends and family to serve as polling station staff for the 115th local public officials election in the Taoyuan District (prioritizing Chief Administrators and Chief Supervisors).

| I. | In accordance with the letter from the Central Election Commission dated July 29, 115, No. 1153150238, and the letter from the Taoyuan City Election Commission dated August 4, 115, No. 1150000942. |
| II. | The smooth and successful completion of election work in previous years has been due to the full commitment and assistance of various agencies and schools. Therefore, we request your continued support by leveraging the extensive knowledge and experience of civil servants and teachers, as well as their impartial and just stance, to assist in this upcoming election work. |
| III. | The chief administrator for each polling station must be a current civil servant or teacher. The chief supervisor, in addition to current civil servants or teachers, may also be a retired person under the age of 72. Administrators must be at least 18 years old. |
| IV. | Application Method: Please complete the attached "115 Mayor, City Councilor, and Village Chief Election Polling Station Staff Personal Application Form." The file name and email subject should be "Personal Application Form + Name." Please send the Excel file via email to 10053210@mail.tycg.gov.tw, attention Ms. Lin (03-3348058 ext. 1139). After obtaining the approval and signature from your agency supervisor and head, please retain a copy for your records. |
| V. | Regarding the commendation and compensatory leave for polling station staff, according to the Central Election Commission's letter, staff participating in election work will be granted one day of compensatory leave. Work allowances will be provided according to the "Central Election Commission Election Work Fee Payment Schedule": Chief Administrator NT$3,700, Chief Supervisor NT$3,050, Administrator NT$2,400, Supervisor NT$2,200, and Reserve Staff NT$2,000. Any changes will be based on announcements made by the Central Election Commission. |
