Inform you about the "List of Contracted Childcare Service Institutions and Preferential Measures for Civil Servants and Public Employees in the 115th Year of the Republic of China"

| I. | The government previously signed special discount plans with 118 childcare service institutions on July 14, 115. To continue providing high-quality childcare measures and diverse options for government employees, an additional 3 special childcare service institutions have been added, bringing the total to 121 institutions for employees' reference and use. |
| II. | The relevant matters regarding the preferential measures of the aforementioned childcare service institutions are as follows: |
| (1) | Eligible recipients and methods: |
| 1. | The offer is for civil servants and employees of all agencies (schools) under this government, including civil servants, technicians, workers, drivers, contract employees, and contract staff, as well as employees of enterprises and administrative legal persons under this government. |
| 2. | Enjoy preferential plans with documents such as employee cards, identification cards, or proof of employment. |
| (II) | This Administration provides information on preferential measures for colleagues to refer to and utilize freely. In case of consumption disputes or litigation, colleagues shall handle them in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Code. This Administration will not intervene in performance disputes between the parties and the childcare service institutions. |
| (III) | The validity period of the preferential measures is 2 years. If the special agreement relationship is terminated during the period, or if the childcare service institution ceases operations, it will be announced on the website of the Personnel Department of this Administration. |
| (4) | Information on contracted childcare service institutions and preferential measures can be found on the Employee Benefits section of the Personnel Department's website of this government. |
| III. | The preferential measures of contracted childcare service institutions are also announced on the aforementioned website. Agencies and schools are requested to publicize this information and encourage employees to refer to and utilize it. |
