| I. | Eligibility: Primarily for teachers in national elementary and junior high schools, priority will be given to those who possess a teaching certificate. |
| II. | Credit Exemption: Upon completion of the program with passing grades and attendance not exceeding one-third of the total sessions, a certificate of completion will be awarded. Credits earned may be partially exempted upon formal admission to our Master's in-service program, subject to the department's approval. |
| III. | Program Period: From mid-September 2026 to the end of June 2027, with online classes on Friday evenings and in-person classes on Saturday daytime. |
