| I. | The aforementioned table tennis championship will be held on September 12, 115 (Saturday) at the gymnasium of Taoyuan Municipal Taoyuan Senior High School. The opening ceremony will begin promptly at 8:00 AM. All teams are required to assemble and be in formation in front of the stage by 7:30 AM. |
| II. | Due to limited parking space on campus on the day of the event, each participating agency will be provided with one VIP parking permit. These permits were distributed at the team leader meeting on August 26, 115. Participating agencies that have not yet collected their parking permits should send a representative to the Personnel Department of our government to collect them before September 3, 115 (Thursday). |
| III. | All first-level agencies and district offices that have formed teams are requested to complete the attached VIP attendance survey form by 5:00 PM on September 3, 115 (Thursday). Please upload the Excel file to the "Survey System" on the Taoyuan City Personnel Service Network (https://hr.tycg.gov.tw). |
