| III. | The chief administrator of each polling station must be a current civil servant or teacher. In addition to current civil servants and teachers, retired civil servants and teachers under the age of 72 may also serve as chief supervisors. Administrators must be at least 18 years old. |
| IV. | Registration Method: Please fill out the attached "Personal Application Form for Polling Station Staff for the 115th Mayor, City Councilor, and Village Chief Elections." The file name and email subject should be named "Personal Application Form + Name," and the excel file should be sent via email to 10053210@mail.tycg.gov.tw, Ms. Lin (03-3348058 ext. 1139). After obtaining the approval and seal from your department supervisor and head, please retain the application form for your records. |
| V. | Regarding the commendation and compensatory leave for election staff, the Executive Yuan has agreed to grant 2 days of compensatory leave. The work allowance is in accordance with the "Table of Allowances for Election Work Expenses of the Central Election Commission." The chief administrator will receive NT$3,700 (hereinafter referred to as NT$), the chief supervisor NT$3,050, the administrator NT$2,400, the supervisor NT$2,200, and the reserve staff NT$2,000. Any changes will be based on the announcements made by the Central Election Commission. |
