| II. | To realize the goal of clean governance as outlined in the United Nations Convention Against Corruption, and to ensure that land surveying and mapping operations are conducted in accordance with professional ethics and integrity, the Land Surveying and Mapping Center of the Ministry of the Interior has collected judicial judgment data, solicited practical opinions from various units, and invited experts and scholars to assist in the review. A seminar was convened for joint discussion, and after de-identification, 8 cases were compiled. The content covers common legal responsibilities of civil servants such as defrauding property by taking advantage of official positions, accepting bribes, seeking illicit gains, forging documents, leaking secrets, and misappropriating public property. |
