I.In accordance with the letter from the New Taipei City Government's Department of Government Ethics, No. 1151737860, dated September 2, 115, forwarded by the Department of Government Ethics of our provincial government on September 3, 115, No. 1150006495.
II.To implement the cultivation of professional ethics education from a young age and enhance the legal literacy of young students before entering the workplace, the New Taipei City Government's Department of Government Ethics has developed the aforementioned comic material with campus and future workplace ethical issues as the main theme for promotion. III.The aforementioned comic material covers 4 major themes:
(1)Workplace Integrity: Uses the scenario of clocking in for someone else to explain the risks of forgery and fraud offenses under the Criminal Code.
(2)Labor Rights: Focuses on the principle of full wage payment under the Labor Standards Act, teaching students how to respond to improper wage deductions.
(3)Gender Equality: Cites the principle of prohibiting employment discrimination and equal pay for equal work under the Gender Equality in Employment Act, breaking down gender stereotypes in the workplace.
(4)AI Application Risks: Discusses the legal responsibilities under the Trade Secrets Act for uploading company confidential information to AI tools.
IV.The electronic version of the aforementioned material is available on the New Taipei City Government's Department of Government Ethics website "Accompany You to Grow" (URL: https://gov.tw/Z1v). You are welcome to view or download it online.
