Inform the Executive Yuan's letter, encouraging public servants to actively register for the "Public Service AI Common Core Competency Certification".

| I. | This is handled in accordance with the Executive Yuan's letter No. 1153028556, dated September 11, 115, with a copy of the original letter attached. Additionally, the government's letters No. 1130243076, dated August 30, 113, No. 1140228967, dated August 18, 114, and No. 1150169838, dated June 17, 115, are hereby communicated. |
| II. | To encourage colleagues to learn about artificial intelligence (hereinafter referred to as AI), please have all agencies and schools, in accordance with Article 18 of the Civil Service Training and Development Act, consider the needs of their work and the availability of funds to subsidize colleagues' participation in AI training. Furthermore, to incentivize colleagues to apply AI in their work, agencies and schools may establish their own reward systems in accordance with the Civil Service Performance Evaluation Act, the Executive Yuan and its subordinate agencies' (institutions') Guidelines for the Reward of Major Project Implementation, the Civil Service Incentive Measures, and the Government's and its subordinate agencies' and schools' Handling Guidelines for Civil Servant Reward and Punishment Cases, to provide diverse incentives for those who have achieved outstanding results in promoting the practical application of AI. |
| III. | Information regarding the aforementioned certification has been posted on the Executive Yuan's Directorate-General of Personnel Administration website (https://www.dgpa.gov.tw) in the "AI Civil Service Talent Development Office Special Zone." To continue promoting and encouraging colleagues to obtain the "Common Core Competency Certification for Civil Servants in AI," please have agencies consider subsidizing the certification application fees, granting official leave for examinations, and utilizing diverse channels for promotion, depending on the availability of budget and funds. |
