Please complete the "Chung Jen University of Medical and Management Outstanding Alumni Recommendation Form," attach relevant specific achievements and supporting materials, and mail (deliver) it to the Secretariat of our university (No. 1, Lane 10, Dahu, Hubei Village, Dalin Township, Chiayi County 62241) by Friday, October 30, 2026, to facilitate the subsequent selection process. |
| III. | Attached are the "Chung Jen University of Medical and Management Outstanding Alumni Selection Regulations" and the "Chung Jen University of Medical and Management Outstanding Alumni Recommendation Form," one copy of each. We kindly request your review and assistance in recommending. |
