The promotion includes 60 minutes of off-net calls and 60 minutes of local calls per month, plus NT$100 in local call credit per month. "Online application for new number/number portability gets an additional NT$2,000 Far EasTone Coin." |
| 3. | Extension: Enterprise 5G Broadband Home plan, monthly rent NT$999, with NT$10,000 worth of gifts. Available at all direct stores and online stores. |

| (1) | For employees and their first-degree relatives, applying for the City Government plan requires submitting dual identification documents and a third document as per telecommunications regulations. In addition to business cards or ID cards, an "e-labor insurance certificate" can now be applied for and used immediately via mobile phone. |

| (1) | Online store (limited to first-degree relatives, enter verification code: 10245): https://www.fetnet.net/ebu/GOV.html Some special plans require visiting a designated URL; please refer to the attached DM for details. |
| (2) | Direct stores (limited to first-degree relatives): Visit any Far EasTone direct store nationwide and provide the special case identification code: 43504403 to apply at the counter. The closest direct store to the City Government is the Taoyuan Xin Zhongshan store (No. 258, Zhongshan Road, Taoyuan District). For information on other stores, please visit the official Far EasTone website at https://fetnet.tw/lNcEY8. |

| (1) | Employee application: Employee's dual identification documents + ID card or business card. |
| (2) | Family member application: Family member's dual identification documents + proof of relationship document (e.g., ID card, household registration) + employee's ID card or business card. |
| (3) | Retired personnel: Retired personnel's dual identification documents + retirement certificate. |
| (4) | Special status: If you are a contract employee or seconded from an external unit, please contact the project manager first. |
