Notice - The Civil Service Development Institute of the Executive Yuan's Public Service Administration is holding an information session for the "115 AI Excellence Application Competition for Government Agencies".

| I. | This is in accordance with the letter from the Directorate-General of Personnel Administration (DGPA), Executive Yuan, dated October 22, 115, with reference number 1150800397. A copy of the original letter (including attachments) is attached. |
| II. | To accelerate the promotion of AI innovative applications in government agencies, identify AI pioneers, validate practical models that can be replicated, and transform single-agency solutions into government-wide intelligent assets, the DGPA is organizing the aforementioned competition. The relevant submission information is as follows (see Attachment 1): |
| (1) | Period: From the announcement of the guidelines to November 20, 115 (Friday). |
| (2) | Eligibility and Categories: Central and local government agencies (organizations) and their subordinate agencies (organizations). Teams can be formed by a single agency (organization) proposing a solution or through cross-agency collaboration (maximum of 10 people per team). The competition categories are divided into the Excellence in Practice Group and the Forward-Looking Concept Group. |
| (3) | Awards: The competition will recognize innovative models that demonstrate courage in breaking through and have achieved substantial results, offering monetary prizes and administrative commendations as tangible incentives to honor proactive transformation teams. |
| III. | To fully explain the competition mechanism, the DGPA will hold an information session for submissions in Taipei on November 4, 115 (Wednesday) from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM in the VIP Lounge on the 14th floor of the Civil Service Institute of the DGPA. This session will also be conducted remotely. Please register actively on the competition website (https://govaiawards.hrd.gov.tw/). |
