Informed by the Ministry of Education's letter that recipients of regular payments under the Act on Retirement, Resignation, and Severance Pay for Public School Faculty and Staff, who intend to apply for survivor's annuities for retired (resigned, discharged) personnel, have chosen to waive the execution matters related to their original regular payments.
