II. For the 108 academic year (2019-2020), a new trial for the final round of live creation will be added to the elementary school upper grades general class group in the painting category of this competition (please refer to Attachment 2 of the key points for the detailed regulations). Please disseminate this information to your school.

III. To ensure fairness and impartiality in the competition, please strengthen publicity within your school, urging participating students and their instructors to strictly adhere to the competition rules, and to refrain from infringing on others' copyrights or engaging in plagiarism, ghostwriting, or other violations of the competition rules.
