| I. | In accordance with the National Tainan University's letter No. Nanda Shixunzi No. 1085009254 dated August 28, 2019. |
| II. | The research information is as follows: |
| (1) | Research time: |
| 1. | Phase 1: November 9, 2019 to December 8, 2019. |
| 2. | Phase 2: December 14, 2019 to January 11, 2020 (tentative). |
| 3. | Phase 3: March 7, 2020 to April 18, 2020 (tentative). |
| (2) | Target audience: |
| 1. | Current qualified teachers in public and private high schools, junior high schools, elementary schools, and kindergartens (priority for classes with visually impaired students), qualified special education teachers, current substitute and temporary teachers in special education classes, parents of visually impaired students, and special education intern teachers. |
| (3) | Research location: Classrooms R115 and B118, Boai Building, National Taiwan Normal University. |
| III. | Leave for participants during the research period shall be granted by their respective schools in accordance with the "Teacher Leave Regulations" and other relevant regulations, and handled with due authority. |
