II. In 1989, the United Nations General Assembly designated November 20th as International Children's Human Rights Day and adopted the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC). The CRC aims to comprehensively protect all rights of children, with children as the main subjects. To facilitate children, youth, parents, schools, and the public in understanding the content of the CRC, the aforementioned activities are specially organized. Participants aged 18 and under who are registered residents of this city or enrolled in elementary, junior high, or senior high schools in this city are invited to choose at least one right protected by the CRC, film a 3-5 minute short video, and upload the video to the YouTube platform by 5:00 PM on October 27, 108.
