| I. | In accordance with the letter No. 1080033381A dated October 7, 2019, from the Sports Administration, Ministry of Education. |
| II. | According to the letter No. 1080700954 dated June 25, 2019, from the Social and Family Affairs Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, it is stated that for individuals who held old-version disability handbooks without an expiry date and did not apply for re-evaluation and needs assessment or exchange for a disability certificate by July 10, 2019, the competent authorities of the municipalities and counties/cities may revoke their disability handbooks. In practice, due to individual circumstances or special situations requiring personalized assistance, and to protect the rights and interests of persons with disabilities, if individuals still hold old-version handbooks (green) after July 11, 2019, please first contact the competent authorities of their registered domicile for eligibility verification to ensure thoroughness. |
| III. | It is stipulated in the competition rules of this event that participants must possess a disability certificate (handbook). To ensure the participants' rights and interests and to avoid any ambiguity in eligibility verification for those holding old-version handbooks, please assist in confirming that your affiliated individuals have exchanged for the new-version disability certificate. If the exchange has not yet been completed, please contact the Taoyuan City Disability Needs Assessment Center (Contact number: 03-3680711) as soon as possible. |
