| (1) | Session 1: September 19-20, 2020 (Saturday, Sunday) |
| (2) | Session 2: October 24-25, 2020 (Saturday, Sunday) |
| II. | Activity Location: Taipei Municipal School for the Blind |
| (No. 1, Lane 207, Section 2, Zhongcheng Road, Shilin District, Taipei City) |
| III. | Participants: |
| (1) | Individuals with a disability certificate (visual impairment) of the Republic of China nationality. |
| (2) | One accompanying person may be approved for each participant with a disability after application and assessment (primarily immediate family members - parents or guardians). |
| IV. | Registration Deadline: |
| (1) | Session 1: September 16, 2020 (Registration may close early if full) |
| (2) | Session 2: October 16, 2020 (Registration may close early if full) |
| V. | Registration Fee: NT$300 per person per session. |
| VI. | Attached is the "Implementation Guidelines for the 2020 National Secondary School Physical Fitness Activity Camp for Visually Impaired Students" (as attached). |
