| II. | To enhance the earthquake preparedness knowledge of individuals with intellectual disabilities, the aforementioned manual provides relevant earthquake preparedness knowledge in an easy-to-read and understand format for those with intellectual disabilities, learning disabilities, or other difficulties in reading text. Please assist in promoting its use. |
