Counseling Office Announcement
The Ministry of Education has commissioned the National Open University to develop 35 courses for the "Digital Learning Materials Project for Family Education Continuing Education" and 20 courses for the "Digital Learning Courses for Family Education for Teachers of Secondary and Below Schools and Kindergartens." All courses have been uploaded to the "Teacher e-College" digital learning platform (URL: https://ups.moe.edu.tw/mooc/index.php). Administrative staff and teachers are requested to log in and select courses.

一、依據教育局109年10月8日桃教終字第1090092468號暨同年同月7日桃教終字第1090091346號函辦理。
二、依「家庭教育法」第13條規定：「高級中等以下學校每學年應在正式課程外實施4小時以上家庭教育課程及活動，另應會同家長會對學生及其家長、監護人或實際照顧學生之人辦理親職教育。」因而，學校教師須裝備家庭教育之專業知能，以應用於課程教學及活動實施；復依同法第9條第3項規定：「各級學校之推展家庭教育工作人員，每年應接受4小時以上家庭教育專業研習時數」，爰教育部委請該校研發旨揭課程，以達成落實家庭教育「Easy Access-易學可及」之目標。
