| I. | In accordance with the "Implementation Guidelines for Adaptive Placement of Students with Disabilities in Senior High Schools in Taoyuan City". |
| II. | For the 110 academic year, there are three types of brochures for the adaptive counseling and placement of students with disabilities in Taoyuan City. Students can only choose one brochure to apply and cannot apply for multiple. They are also not allowed to participate in the adaptive counseling and placement organized by the Ministry of Education's K-12 Education Administration or other municipalities. Violators will have their placement qualifications revoked. The placement types are as follows: |
| (1) | Brochure for Adaptive Counseling and Placement of Students with Disabilities in Special Education Schools for the 110 Academic Year in Taoyuan City. |
| (2) | Brochure for Adaptive Counseling and Placement of Students with Disabilities in Integrated Special Education Classes in Senior High Schools for the 110 Academic Year in Taoyuan City. |
| (3) | Brochure for Adaptive Counseling and Placement of Students with Disabilities in Senior High Schools for the 110 Academic Year in Taoyuan City. |
| III. | The available positions will be announced before December 31, 109, on the "110 Academic Year Taoyuan City Students with Disabilities Adaptive Counseling and Placement Website" (https://tu-adapt.set.edu.tw). |
| IV. | The important placement schedule for the aforementioned brochures is as follows (details in each brochure): |
| (1) | Online Registration: Junior high schools must complete the online registration process from February 3, 110, to February 25, 110. |
| (2) | Submission of Registration Materials: Junior high schools must compile the collective registration list and submit the registration forms to the Senior High School Special Education Resource Center (Taoyuan Special Education School) from March 2, 110, to March 8, 110. |
| (3) | For those applying for the "Brochure for Adaptive Counseling and Placement of Students with Disabilities in Senior High Schools for the 110 Academic Year in Taoyuan City," the assessment tools for the interest and aptitude tests in the career transition recommendation form are as follows: |
| 1. | The "Adaptive Career Aptitude Test (Junior High Version)" and "Situational Career Interest Test (Junior High Version)" developed by the Research and Development Center for Psychology and Educational Testing at National Taiwan Normal University will be used. Schools must assist students in completing these tests before registration. For these tests, please apply for an account and password on the Career Testing System website (https://career.ntnu.edu.tw/) and download the testing manual for reference. |
| 2. | Considering the objectivity and fairness of the process, only visually impaired students who are unable to view the computer for testing will be administered the "Junior High Career Interest Inventory (Second Edition)" and the "Junior High School New Comprehensive Aptitude Test" as alternatives. |
| 3. | All schools are requested to implement individualized testing for students with disabilities and provide adaptive assessment methods based on student needs (such as difficulties with literacy or reading comprehension) to facilitate their adaptive learning. |
| V. | Please ensure that your school posts this information on the homepage of the school website and strengthens publicity. Please also assist students and parents with needs in preparing registration materials and other related matters. |
