Regarding the case of the second selection registration for gifted junior high school students in the 110th academic year, please be informed of the epidemic prevention measures.

| I. | In accordance with the "Announcement for the Identification of Gifted Students with Academic Aptitude and Creativity in Junior High Schools in Taoyuan City for the 110th Academic Year." |
| II. | The registration for the aforementioned re-selection identification will be held on March 19, 2021 (Friday) and March 20, 2021 (Saturday) from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. On-site registration is required, either in person or by proxy, at the following locations. Mail-in registration will not be accepted: |
| (1) | Identification for Academic Aptitude Giftedness: Tongde Junior High School (District 1) and Zhongli Junior High School (District 2). |
| (2) | Identification for Creativity Giftedness: Jingguo Junior High School (all districts). |
| (3) | Documents required for re-selection registration (please refer to the announcement for each type of identification): |
| 1. | Original of the preliminary selection identification card or the notification of preliminary selection results (if the identification card is lost, please bring one 2-inch photo, the same as used for the preliminary selection registration). |
| 2. | Re-selection registration form and re-selection identification card (with photo attached). |
| III. | When entering the campus on the day of registration, please wear a mask and cooperate with temperature checks, hand sanitization, a single-direction movement flow, and real-name registration for epidemic prevention measures. Only those who pass the checks will be allowed to enter the registration area. |
