| I. | In accordance with the letter from the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior, dated October 15, 113 (2024), Ref: Yi-Yi-Zi No. 1130118216. |
| II. | To assist new residents and their children in achieving their dreams, promote multiculturalism, and implement the spirit of anti-discrimination, the Immigration Agency, through professional guidance and filming the dream-building process, shares the results with the public. This aims to enhance societal understanding and respect for diverse cultures, hence the implementation of the aforementioned plan. |
| III. | The registration period is from now until November 25, 113 (2024) (Monday). For detailed information, please refer to the "Latest News" section on the official websites of the Ministry of the Interior (https://www.moi.gov.tw), the National Immigration Agency (https://www.immigration.gov.tw), and the New Resident Empowerment Development Information Network (https://ifi.immigration.gov.tw). | IV. | This case requires both online and paper registration. After completing the online form, please mail the paper registration form and project proposal, along with other relevant documents, to "The 11th New Resident and Children's Dream Building Project Activity Group" at the 5th Floor, No. 15, Guangzhou Street, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City (National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior, Immigration Affairs Group) by the deadline. |
