The student's default email is: student ID@tyjh.tyc.edu.tw.

If the student reports not receiving the email, please ask the group leader to use the '[Resend Verification Email]' function to resend it.

2.Fill in Account Information (Basic Application Form Data): Before filling, please scroll to the bottom of the page, click '[Modify]' first, then you can fill in the information. (1) After clicking the desired 'Registration' area, the system will display registration notes.(2) After using the 'Registration' function, please click '[Fill in Registration Data]' and '[Fill in Recommender]' to enter the filling screen and complete all fields.(3) After the recommender completes and submits the recommendation form, the student's application form can be '[Submitted]' in the system.After filling in the recommender's information, click '[Confirm]' to add the recommender. The system will automatically send a filling link to the recommender's email for them to complete the student observation recommendation form. '[Download Application Form]' function will be available after submitting the application form (in the system).After completion, scroll to the top of the application status bar and 'Submit' the application form, then proceed to 'Download Application Form'. The application can only be submitted after the observer recommender completes and 'submits' the recommendation form. The 'Download Application Form' file can only be accessed after 'submitting' the application.4.After downloading and printing the application form,the student and parent sign it,and submit it along with the registration fee to the Counseling Office's Data Section before February 26th.
