I.To promote the concept of career development for young people, enhance students' readiness for the job market, and expand government support for youth resources, the Ministry of Labor has successively established Youth Career Development Centers. These centers provide diverse learning environments that integrate career exploration, skills training, employment preparation, and innovative learning, thereby assisting young people in building a solid foundation for their career development.
II.This branch established the "Jia Tao Le Learning Theme Pavilion" (hereinafter referred to as "the Pavilion") in 103 (2014). Centered around "career development," the Pavilion utilizes innovative technology and interactive experiences to offer a variety of career services and activities, helping students explore their interests, discover their potential, and cultivate the confidence and abilities needed to face the future.
III.The Pavilion offers a rich and diverse range of career development activities and services, including:
(I) Guided Tours:
1. Guided tours are provided by dedicated staff to lead visitors through various career resources. Free shuttle bus service is available for groups of 30 or more.
2. The Pavilion features interactive experiences integrated with artificial intelligence! Simply take a photo in the "Insightful Eye" area, and within 5 seconds, AI can quickly analyze your
personality traits and suitable career paths. There's also a fun "Mock Interview, AI Interviewer" that provides immediate feedback on your strengths and areas for improvement during an interview, helping young people face future challenges with greater confidence. Additionally, the Pavilion offers an immersive "Virtual Workplace Experience" where multiple people can step into various professional scenarios simultaneously, personally experiencing the realities of different jobs.
(II) Career Aptitude Tests:Through career assessment tools, students are assisted in exploring their potential abilities and interests. Visitors can also undergo Enneagram analysis in the "Know Yourself" experience area to gain a deeper understanding of their personality traits and find the most suitable career direction.
(III) Diverse Thematic Courses:Such as resume workshops, mock interviews, and career lectures. Company visit activities are also arranged, allowing students to directly engage with the industry and strengthen their practical understanding and career planning.
IV.In addition to services offered at the Pavilion, we can also provide on-campus services. Customized programs can be designed based on your school's specific career development needs, helping students build career awareness and practical foundations, and broaden their understanding of the diverse landscape of the workplace.
