Objective: To enhance reading interest and strengthen reading motivation, this activity is specially organized to encourage students to read.

Activity Time: Effective immediately.

Activity Item: Reading Passport Certification.

Target Audience: All students in the school.

Participation Method: Instructions for filling out Form A of the Student Counseling Data at Taoyuan Junior High School.

Students are requested to log in online and fill it out together with their parents.

Step 1: Connect to the "Taoyuan City Education Development Resources Portal"

When filling out on a mobile phone or tablet, please set the browser to "Computer Web Version" first to fill it out smoothly.

Step 2: Click on the menu on the right side of the webpage [Student OpenID Login] [Student Login]

Step 3: Click to (fill in) the following information

School Area: Taoyuan District

School: Municipal Taoyuan Junior High School

Last four digits of ID card: XXXX

Password: (8 digits of Gregorian birth date, e.g., 20090531)

Click [Parent-Teacher Interaction] à [Student Affairs Zone] à [Counseling Office Interaction Area] à [Fill in Counseling Record (A)]

Fill in the relevant information. (Grades 7 and 8 fill in items 1 to 6. Grade 9 please fill in items 1 to 9.)

After filling it out, click [Submit] at the end to complete Form A of the counseling record.

(You must click [Submit] to complete the filling, otherwise the data will be lost.)

If you are unable to complete the online filling due to home equipment, please find a public computer with your homeroom teacher or seek assistance from the Data Section of the Counseling Office.

Please complete the online filling within one month of the start of the school year.

For detailed filling instructions, please refer to the "Attachment" in the "A Form Filling Presentation" under the Counseling Office -> Data Section on the Taoyuan Junior High School website.

Due to limited quantities of Reading Passports, they will be distributed first to new 7th-grade students. 8th and 9th-grade students who need them can pick them up at the Academic Affairs Office.

Learning sheets for certification can be obtained from the Academic Affairs Office. After completion, submit them with the Reading Passport to your Chinese or Reading teacher for signature and certification.

Awards: Collecting ten books will earn one commendation. Collecting thirty books will earn an additional "Reading Master" award.

This regulation will be implemented after approval by the principal, and amendments will be handled similarly.
