Inform the Veterans Affairs Council of the Armed Forces that the third point of the "Operational Guidelines for the Distribution of Lunch Subsidies for Children of Veterans by the Veterans Affairs Council of the Armed Forces" has been amended, along with one announcement. Please handle this matter in accordance with regulations.

一、旨案補助對象為符合低收入戶、中低收入戶、地方政府依相關規定認定因家庭突發因素及經導師家庭訪視認定清寒確實無力支付午餐費之榮民或榮民遺眷，其有就讀國民中小學之子女者，可依本作業要點規定時間，逕向國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會各縣、市榮民服務處申請。
二、「國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會辦理榮民就學子女午餐補助金發放作業要點」第三點規定午餐補助金核發標準為每日新台幣八十元，補助日數為未接受學校或機關午餐補助之例假日及寒暑假。
三、檢附發布令及「國軍退除役官兵輔導委員會辦理榮民就學子女午餐補助金發放作業要點」各1份。
