Description:
1. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's letter Tai-Jiao-San-Zi-1080070046, dated May 14, 2019.
2. The aforementioned plan is a work plan organized by the Ministry of Education as part of the Executive Yuan's "Action Plan for Enhancing Girls' Rights." The purpose is to respond to the United Nations' designation of October 11th as "International Day of the Girl Child" since 2011, and Taiwan's designation of October 11th as "Taiwan Girls' Day" in July 2013. In 2019, we still expect teachers to promote the meaning and spirit of this day to students during the teaching process, and encourage students to embody the core concepts of International Day of the Girl Child (empower girls, cultivate girls, invest in girls, gender equality for girls) through the micro-film and photo storytelling competition. This aims to enhance the importance of girls' development in schools and families, strengthen girls' participation in technology learning, and promote concepts of sports and health, thereby implementing the protection of girls' rights.
