I. The lecture invites Professor Cheng Yi-jun from the Institute of Marine Biology at National Taiwan Ocean University to give a talk on "Introduction to Sea Turtles, Rescue, and Conservation." This aims to enhance participants' understanding of sea turtle conservation concepts and promote marine conservation for sustainable resource management.

II. To encourage participation from civil servants, 4 hours of learning credit will be awarded to those who attend the entire lecture.
