I. Recognizing that young people in schools are a key target group for AIDS prevention, and that the implementation of AIDS prevention education relies on the assistance of frontline teachers in health education and related fields, the Ministry of Health and Welfare's Centers for Disease Control has subsidized the Xingling Medical Foundation to design "AIDS Prevention and Sex Education Teaching Modules for Elementary, Junior High, and Senior High Schools" in response to the 12-year basic education curriculum guidelines. Training activities will be held on August 12, 14, and 16 of this year (plan as attached document 2) at the Xindian CTBC Business Center in New Taipei City to enhance teachers' teaching abilities and prevention knowledge. All schools are requested to encourage teachers in health education and nursing-related fields to actively register. Full participation in the training will be awarded 7 hours of study and a set of teaching modules will be given.
