Informs that the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare has commissioned Gwei Media Group to organize the 'Stay Away from the Fog of Harm - Campus Creative Illustration and Text Selection Activity'. Students from all schools are encouraged to sign up and participate.

I. The recruitment activity information is briefly described as follows:
(1) Submission period: September 2, 2019 (Monday) to October 23, 2019 (Wednesday).
(2) Eligibility: Junior high school, high school, and vocational high school students with Republic of China nationality and household registration in the Republic of China are eligible to participate.
(3) Submission types:
1. Creative four-panel comics.
2. Posters.
(4) Selection theme: The submitted four-panel comics should cover at least one of the following themes:
1. E-cigarettes and heated tobacco products both contain carcinogens and various harmful substances.
2. E-cigarettes and heated tobacco products are addictive and can cause damage to the heart, lungs, and respiratory tract.
3. E-cigarettes and heated tobacco products pose risks from secondhand and thirdhand smoke.
II. The application guidelines and poster for the aforementioned activity are detailed in the attachment. We kindly request you to encourage students to actively participate.
