sheetVI. Promotion and Application:(1)The Taoyuan City Marine Education Resource Center will organize the "Taoyuan City Marine Education Week" during109YearJune-December

. Selected works will be announced on the Taoyuan City Marine Education Resource Center webpage for teachers and students to learn and use.

(2)Combine the promotional content of "Marine Knowledge Day" with comic strip works to design learning worksheets and upload them to the center's webpage for schools to download and use.(3)

Schools are requested to submit summaries of their Marine Education Week achievements.VII. Budget Estimate:This project will be funded by the Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, and the city government's Marine Education Resource Center maintenance plan or related budgets. The estimate is shown in the attached table.

VIII. Expected Benefits1. Awaken students' conservation awareness and promote the deepening of marine education effectiveness in all schools.2. Make good use of digital learning resources and guide students to implement the concept of marine education.

3. Consolidate promotional resources and enrich marine education teaching materials and learning resources.  IX.Awards:For outstanding performance by the staff of the undertaking school, awards will be given in accordance with the "Regulations for Performance Evaluation of Principals of Public Senior High Schools and Below," the "Regulations for Performance Evaluation of Teachers of Public Senior High Schools and Below," and the "Taoyuan City Regulations for Awards and Punishments for School Staff."

Utilize various media to create artistic works with the ocean as the content. Then analyze the evolution and differences of marine folk beliefs and rituals in China and other countries. The elementary school learning stage focuses on reading ocean-related stories and folk customs, and creating ocean-related art. The junior high school learning stage focuses on further understanding marine culture, art, and folk beliefs. The senior high school learning stage focuses on creating literary works of various marine genres, art, and comparing the similarities and differences of marine folk customs in different countries.

六、推廣應用：

(一) 由桃園市海洋教育資源中心於109年6~12月擇期發起本市海洋教育週，將入選作品公告於桃園市海洋教育資源中心網頁，供師生學習運用。

(二) 配合海洋知識日之宣導內容與分格漫畫作品結合，設計學習單上傳於中心網頁供各校下載運用。

(三) 請學校提報海洋教育週成果彙整。

柒、經費概算：本計畫由教育部國民及學前教育署及市府辦理海洋教育資源中心維運計畫或相關預算下支應，概算如附表。

捌、預期效益

一、喚醒學生保育理念，推廣深化各校海洋教育成效。

二、善用數位學習資源，引導學生落實海洋教育理念。

三、集結推廣文宣資源，充實海洋教育教材學習資源。

玖、獎勵：承辦學校工作人員表現優良者，依據「公立高級中等以下學校校長成績考核辦法」、「公立高級中等以下學校教師成績考核辦法」及「桃園市立各級學校教職員獎懲要點」規定辦理敘獎。

拾壹、本計畫陳桃園市政府教育局國民及學前教育署核定後實施，修正時亦同。

海洋文化：欣賞並創作海洋文學與藝術，進而欣賞海洋相關之習俗。評析我國與其他國家海洋文學與歷史的演變及差異，善用各種寫作技巧或文體，創作以海洋為背景的文學作品。體認各種海洋藝術的價值、風格及其文化脈絡，善用各種媒材，創作以海洋為內容之藝術作品。進而評析我國與其他國家海洋洋民俗信仰與祭典的演變、差異。國小學習階段以閱讀海洋相關的故事及民俗，創作海洋相關之藝術為主，國中學習階段以進一步了解海洋文化、藝術及民俗信仰為主，高中學習階段以創作海洋各種文體的文學作品，藝術及比較各國海洋民俗的異同為主。
