I. The main points of the competition are as follows:

(I) Participants: Upper elementary school group (5th and 6th graders), Junior high school group (7th to 9th graders).

(II) Competition format: Divided into practical action group and physical project group.

(III) Judging method: The Ministry of Education will form a review panel for selection, divided into preliminary and final review stages. In the preliminary review, 10 teams from each participating group will be selected for the final review. The top 3 teams will receive outstanding achievement awards and bonuses, along with 3 honorable mentions and several selected entries receiving certificates.

II. The deadline for the preliminary review registration for this case is extended to November 29, 2019 (Friday), and will be conducted through written review. The final review is expected to be held in March 2020, with oral performance reports. The transportation costs for teams participating in the final review will be covered by the Ministry of Education's commissioned project for 2020.
