I. In accordance with the National Taiwan Arts Education Center's letter dated November 14, 108 (1080003953B), the implementation guidelines for the 108 academic year's National Student Music Competition, and the implementation plan for this city's 108 academic year student music competition.

II. The registration system for the 108 academic year National Student Music Competition (http://web.arte.gov.tw/music/) will be open from 9:00 AM on November 20, 108 (current year). Groups and individuals who have qualified for the finals should register on the aforementioned website before December 13, 108 (Friday). Please mail the stamped paper copy directly to Neili Junior High School, Taoyuan City (Address: No. 108, Fuhua 1st St., Zhongli Dist., Taoyuan City). Failure to complete the registration within the deadline (including online registration and submission of the paper registration form to Neili Junior High School) by those who have qualified for the finals will be considered a forfeiture. We kindly request your school to assist in relaying the registration schedule to the participants. Late registrations for the finals cannot be accepted.

III. Furthermore, the notes for the finals registration are also announced on the National Student Music Competition Finals website (http://web.arte.gov.tw/music/). Any matters not covered herein shall be handled in accordance with these implementation guidelines.
