2. The following matters should be coordinated by schools at all levels regarding mobilization preparedness:

(1) Promote national defense education for all, strengthen the psychological defense of the people, and enhance the public's knowledge of national defense and their awareness of national defense.

(2) Cultivate students' ability to discern information across diverse media channels and online.

(3) Through educational promotion of the concept of national defense for all, foster a consensus of a "community of shared destiny" among the people, and enhance disaster prevention and response capabilities, in order to consolidate national cohesion and the determination to defend national territory and security.
