I. This briefing session will primarily focus on the practical operation of environmental education plan reporting and results submission.
Details of the briefing session are as follows:
(I) Dates: June 4, 2020, June 9, 2020, and June 18, 2020, for a total of 3 sessions.
(II) Location: Classroom 5002, Yuan Ze University, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City (No. 135, Far East Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City).
(III) Number of Participants and Qualifications:
1. Number of Participants: 3 sessions will be held, with a maximum of 30 participants per session, for a total of 90 participants.
2. Qualifications: Personnel designated to promote environmental education by agencies, public enterprises, primary and secondary schools, and foundations whose government-funded contributions exceed 50%, as stipulated in Article 19 of the Environmental Education Act.
(IV) Registration Period: From now until 5:00 PM on May 29, 2020 (Each person is limited to registering for one session; registration will close once capacity is reached). The briefing session will be conducted via online registration at https://reurl.cc/7X4OVQ.
(V) Important Notes:
1. Meeting materials will be provided for this briefing session. Please bring your own reusable cups.
2. Participants will be notified via email 3 days prior to the meeting. Attendees are reminded to be punctual. Those who do not receive a notification should not attend without prior confirmation.
3. A questionnaire will be distributed after the briefing session to gather feedback on its content and effectiveness.
4. Participants are required to complete the online health declaration form (URL: https://reurl.cc/oL8e4j) 3 days before the session. Body temperature will be measured on-site on the day of the session, and all participants must wear masks throughout the event.
