Seventh Grade Health Check Notice
1.New Student Health Check Time:September3rd (Thursday) from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
2.Hospital for Health Check: China Medical University Hospital.
3. September3rd (Thursday)Wearsportswearon the day of the health check. Please pay attention to your class's check-in time.
4. September3rd. If you need to be absent, please notify the health center in advance.
5.Assembly Point:1st Floor, Chung Cheng Hall, enter through the stairsnear the rostrum. Boys line up first by student ID, then
girls line up.
6.Check-up Items: Gather on the 1st floor → Urine test first → Report to the 3rd floor → Waist measurement → Complete all
examinations → Health education and final assessment.
7.Pleasehave the teacher of the current class accompany students for the check-up. The class monitor and discipline monitor will maintain order.
8.Class monitors, please ensure timely assembly to avoid affecting the next class.
