Competition Venue: Taoyuan Municipal Dongxing Junior High School Activity Center (Address: No. 25, Guangzhou Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City).
(II) Competition Dates: From November 20, 2020 (Friday) to November 22, 2020 (Sunday), from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The competition schedule will be arranged with Area 1 first, followed by Area 2.
(III) Registration Period: From October 12, 2020 (Monday) to October 16, 2020 (Friday).
(IV) Registration Method:
1. Online Registration: Please log in to the National Student Dance Competition Information Network [http://studentdance.perdc.ntnu.edu.tw] to register. After online registration, print 4 copies of the paper registration form (including the list of participants). For group entries, affix the school's official seal; for individual entries, affix the registration office's stamp. Submit 2 copies to the host unit of this city, and keep the other 2 copies for yourself (to be brought to the city and final competitions for check-in and verification). No registration means no participation.
2. Mail Registration Form: Mail the paper registration form via registered mail with return receipt by October 16, 2020 (Friday) (postmark as proof of mailing). Late submissions will not be accepted. Mail to Taoyuan Municipal Dongxing Junior High School to complete the registration process. (Address: No. 25, Guangzhou Road, Zhongli District, Taoyuan City 320048, Attn: Counseling Office, Special Education Group, Phone: (03)4583500 ext. 613).
(V) Lottery Draw and Team Leader Meeting:
1. Date: November 2, 2020 (Monday) at 1:30 PM. Participants who arrive late will have their numbers drawn by the organizing unit in public, and no objections will be accepted. Once the draw is completed, no changes to the list will be allowed.
2. Venue: Taoyuan Municipal Dongxing Junior High School Library. No separate notification will be issued.
3. The lottery draw will commence after the team leader meeting. All participating schools must send representatives to attend to avoid forfeiting their rights.
IV. The registration process for this competition involves important rights and national competition representation. Therefore, please ensure that your school effectively communicates the competition information to students and parents through communication books or notices, and not solely through online announcements or bulletin boards, to protect students' rights.
V. In accordance with Article XII of the competition guidelines, all competitors (students), team staff, and event personnel participating in this competition shall be granted official leave (business trip leave) by their respective schools or organizations. The bureau will not issue separate leave certificates or attendance certificates.
