| 1. | In order to understand students' views and opinions on service (including volunteer service, service learning, and work-study programs), and to encourage relevant units to pay attention to this issue and plan suitable content, this survey is being conducted. |
| 2. | The target audience for this survey is students from junior high schools to universities nationwide. The survey will be conducted online. |
| 3. | This survey is anonymous and does not record school affiliation. Please feel free to fill it out. The survey results will only be used as a reference for educational policies for promoting youth activities by relevant units. Schools are welcome to assist and participate voluntarily. |
