Application and Selection Guidelines for the 3rd Youth Advisory Council Youth Representatives of the Ministry of Education's Department of Elementary and Secondary Education

Attached are the "Selection Guidelines for Youth Representatives of the 3rd Youth Advisory Committee of the National Academy for Educational Research, Ministry of Education" and the application forms, one copy each. We kindly request your school to encourage students to actively participate. Please be informed.

Explanation:

1.	In accordance with the letter from the National Academy for Educational Research, Ministry of Education (hereinafter referred to as the NAER), No. 1100002991, dated January 13, 110.

To promote youth participation in public educational affairs, gather suggestions from youth on public educational matters, and establish a policy consultation channel for the NAER, the NAER Youth Advisory Committee has been established, and youth representatives are selected through an open selection process.

3.	The information summary of the aforementioned selection guidelines is as follows (details in the attachment):

(1)	Eligibility: Youth aged 12 to 24 years old (born between 1997 and 2009).

Application Method: By February 5, 110 (Friday), please prepare the application materials and mail them to the "Office of Student Affairs, National Huwei Vocational High School of Agriculture and Industry" (No. 65, Boyai Road, Huwei Township, Yunlin County). Please indicate "Application for Youth Representative of the 3rd Youth Advisory Committee of the National Academy for Educational Research, Ministry of Education, 110" on the envelope (postmark date applies).

(3)	Selection Method: The first stage is a preliminary qualification review, the second stage is a written review, and the third stage is an interview for final decision.
