Taoyuan Local Taxation Bureau Tax Art Creation Competition Poster

Subject: Attached are the posters (Chinese and English versions) and activity guidelines for the Bureau's 2021 Uniform Invoice Promotion Tax Art Creation Competition. Please encourage students to participate. For your reference.
Details:  
1. In accordance with the Bureau's 2021 Uniform Invoice Promotion Tax Art Creation Competition plan.
2. The implementation details are as follows, as detailed in the activity guidelines:
(1) Artwork Content: Participants shall create artworks on themes such as new measures for uniform invoice prize redemption (including the Uniform Invoice Prize Redemption App), requesting uniform invoices when shopping, mobile payments combined with cloud invoices, automatic cloud invoice prize redemption, the three major local taxes (house tax, vehicle license tax, land value tax) tax collection information, types of national and local taxes, convenient service measures, diversified tax payment channels, tax-funded construction, and important tax systems and policies. Participants can choose their own topics and present them through painting.
(2) Registration Period: From now until May 20, 2021.
(3) Eligibility: Students in grades 3-6 of public and private junior high schools and elementary schools in Taoyuan City, as well as residents of Taoyuan City aged 15 and above (with Republic of China nationality).
(4) Registration Method: All artworks must be drawn on four-open size paper (either vertical or horizontal orientation is acceptable). After completion, please submit the artwork in person (a receipt will be issued by the Bureau) or mail it via registered post (postmark date will be the basis for submission) before the submission deadline to complete the registration.
(5) Submission Location: Publicity Section, Service Division, and Administrative Sections of each Branch Office of the Bureau.
(6) Early Bird Prize: Participants who submit their artworks before April 30, 2021, will receive a participation prize.
(7) Competition Categories and Awards: The competition is divided into elementary school group, junior high school group, and social group. Winners will receive cash prizes and certificates from the Bureau as encouragement (for junior high school winners, their scores will be considered for the excess score ranking in the 12-year basic education competition: Special Prize (6 points), Excellent Prize (5 points), Honorable Mention (3 points)). The awards and number of winners are as follows:
1. Elementary School Group
(1) Special Prize: 3 winners, each receiving NT$3,600 and a certificate.
(2) Excellent Prize: 8 winners, each receiving NT$2,000 and a certificate.
(3) Honorable Mention: 20 winners, each receiving NT$1,000 and a certificate.
2. Junior High School Group
(1) Special Prize: 1 winner, receiving NT$3,600 and a certificate.
(2) Excellent Prize: 3 winners, each receiving NT$2,000 and a certificate.
(3) Honorable Mention: 10 winners, each receiving NT$1,000 and a certificate.
3. Social Group (divided into 3 themed groups, choose one to participate)
(1) Special Prize (1 winner per theme): Each winner receives NT$3,600 and a certificate.
(2) Excellent Prize (3 winners per theme): Each winner receives NT$2,000 and a certificate.
(3) Honorable Mention (5 winners per theme): Each winner receives NT$1,000 and a certificate.
