| 1. | In accordance with the implementation plan for the 111 Academic Year Health Promotion School - Vision Care Center School in our city. |
| 2. | This project aims to enhance the concept, attitude, and skills of vision care among teachers, parents, and students throughout the city through an academic competition. It also aims to cultivate their core competencies in vision care, deepen their understanding of maintenance and health knowledge, and emphasize the necessity and importance of regular vision check-ups and follow-up treatments. |

| (1) | Categories: Elementary School Middle Grades, Elementary School Upper Grades, Junior High School. |
| (2) | Awards for Participating Students: |
| 1. | First Place (1 winner per category, 3 winners in total): Certificate of Commendation and a gift certificate worth NT$1,200. |
| 2. | Second Place (2 winners per category, 6 winners in total): Certificate of Commendation and a gift certificate worth NT$800. |
| 3. | Third Place (3 winners per category, 9 winners in total): Certificate of Commendation and a gift certificate worth NT$500. |
| 4. | Honorable Mention (several winners per category): Each will receive a Certificate of Commendation. |
| (3) | Awards for Supervising Teachers: In accordance with the "Appendix 2: Awards for Cultural and Educational Activities and Competitions" of the "Regulations for the Award and Punishment of Faculty and Staff in Public Schools and Kindergartens in our City" revised by our Bureau on July 20, 110, the award criteria for supervising various cultural and educational competitions are as follows: First Place: 2 Commendations; Second Place: 1 Commendation; Third Place: 1 Certificate of Commendation; Honorable Mention: 1 Certificate of Commendation. |
| 4. | The aforementioned gift certificates and certificates of commendation will be available for pickup at Dayou Elementary School by the end of April 112. |
| 5. | It is recommended that schools incorporate this project into their winter break assignments. Those interested in participating should submit their works along with the signed copyright transfer consent form (as attached) to the Student Affairs Office of Dayou Elementary School (Address: No. 220, Dayou Road, Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City 33052) by Friday, March 3, 112 (postmark date is the criterion). Please indicate "Health Promotion Vision Care Painting Competition" on the envelope. |
