2022 Food and Agriculture Outdoor Education Program Plan

Subject: Regarding the "111 Academic Year Food and Agriculture Outdoor Education Activity Plan" organized by our city, schools interested in participating are encouraged to submit their applications. Please be informed.
Details:  
I. This bureau's letter of September 22, 111, No. 1110090229, is acknowledged.
II. The period for the aforementioned plan has been extended. It encourages teachers and students to get close to nature, participate in leisure agricultural tourism, and promote the concepts of food and agriculture education and environmental education through agricultural experience activities, thereby boosting the local business opportunities in our city's agricultural areas.
III. The implementation methods for this activity are as follows:
(1) Application Period:
1. Eleventh Batch: Elementary and junior high schools, public and private kindergartens, and non-profit kindergartens in Taoyuan City can apply from now until December 8, 111 (Thursday) at 16:00.
2. Twelfth Batch: If the quota is not filled, further announcements will be made.
(2) The application materials for this project's funding include the application plan (Table 1) and the budget summary (Table 2).
(3) Application Method: Within the application period, after the aforementioned application materials are stamped and signed, please scan the original document and send it via email to zles606@stu.zles.tyc.edu.tw (please indicate "School Food and Agriculture Outdoor Education Activity Application Plan" in the email subject). No hard copies are required. After confirmation of receipt, an application number will be sent back via email for review purposes.
(4) Project Content: Each school should select at least one leisure farm from the list of leisure farms in our city. If there are environmental education facilities, tourist factories, or industrial culture centers nearby, they can also be included in the itinerary as planned. (Please refer to the attachment)
(5) Funding Subsidy: A maximum subsidy of NT$15,000 per group will be provided (including admission fees, transportation, insurance, activity materials, etc.). To ensure safety and prevent driver fatigue, schools are encouraged to use tour buses registered in Taoyuan City for their food and agriculture outdoor education projects to utilize local services.

V. Attached is 1 copy of the aforementioned activity plan (including the list of leisure farms in our city).
