| 1. | In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's letter No. 1120019441 dated February 20, 112. |
| 2. | To implement campus promotion of universal health insurance education, this plan seeks reality videos that integrate the six major domains of Health-Promoting Schools to promote the "Cherishing National Health Insurance and Seeking Medical Care Wisely" activity, showcasing the results of campus-diverse and characteristic national health insurance education with the participation of teachers and students. |
| 3. | The target participants for the aforementioned plan are public and private elementary and junior high schools, with each school limited to one entry. Participants can include students, as well as teachers, nurses, or parents. |
| 4. | Please inform teachers from your school to actively register and participate, and to publicize this submission information. For detailed information, please refer to the implementation plan (attached). |
