| 1. | This is in accordance with the letter from National Central University dated May 17th, 112 (2023), ref: Zhongda Litianzi No. 1123200141. |
| 2. | The purpose of the aforementioned event is to implement the science education philosophy of Taoyuan City, encourage school teachers and students to utilize the existing resources of this event, enrich science curricula, and enhance students' literacy in astronomy. |
| 3. | Event information is as follows: |
| (1) | Event Time: July 3rd (Monday) to July 7th (Friday), 112 (2023). |
| (2) | Event Location: National Central University. |
| (3) | Target Audience and Number of Participants: Junior high and high schools in Taoyuan City, limited to 40 teachers and students per school. |
| (4) | Registration Method: Group registration by school. The registration period is from May 5th (Friday), 112 (2023) to June 5th (Monday), 112 (2023). Registration website: http://ps1tw.astro.ncu.edu.tw/ttss/ (Path: 2023 Taoyuan Astronomy Carnival / School Group Registration). |
| 4. | To encourage junior high and high schools in the city to actively register and participate, participating schools will be subsidized according to the following principles: |
| (1) | Each school can apply for a maximum of one group subsidy, with a subsidy of NT$6,000 per group. This is limited to 40 participating teachers and students. No subsidy will be provided if the number of participants is less than 30. |
| (2) | Registered groups can submit receipts for transportation and meal expenses (including teachers and students) for reimbursement within the NT$6,000 subsidy. Any shortfall must be covered by the school. |
| (3) | The event has venue insurance. If there are any other insurance needs, schools should handle them independently. |
