| I. | In accordance with the letter from our government, Ref. No. 1120222961, Environmental Protection and Waste Management Division, dated August 15, 112. |
| II. | This evaluation will be conducted through a document review process. The evaluation criteria for each group will include timely submission, the use of reusable containers for meal services, proactive promotion efforts, and other outstanding differentiating factors. An evaluation meeting will be convened with external committee members to conduct the review. Considering that this is the first year of implementing the guidelines, the Environmental Protection Administration will focus on guiding best practices (accounting for 60-70% of the score) and the effectiveness of the results (30-40%). The key points are as follows: |
| (1) | Date of Implementation: From September 1, 112, to December 31, 112. |
| (2) | Dynamic Development Group: |
| 1. | Best Practices (60%): This includes 5 evaluation items: establishing internal unit execution and management methods, verification and guidance on implementation, promoting the use of reusable containers, encouraging food service providers to join the supply chain, and other proactive promotional measures. |
| 2. | Results and Effectiveness (40%): This includes achievements such as timely submission, the use of reusable containers for meal services, proactive measures to achieve the goal of not using disposable tableware, takeout and approved exceptions, and the reduction of related waste (such as general waste and recyclables). Two bonus items are included: encouraging the active use of reusable containers for meal services and considering the difficulty of implementation when the number of local supply chain partners is small. |
